HEAD BOYS COACH
Coach Shelton grew up in De Queen, AR. He graduated from De Queen High School in 2006 & Arkansas Tech University in 2010. Coach Shelton has been the boys track since 2014. Coach Shelton is married to Ashley Shelton, a kindergarten teacher at Brookland Elementary. They have two labrador retrievers, Max and Ellie Mae.
HEAD GIRLS COACH
Coach Baltz grew up in Pocahontas, AR where he attended high school and graduated in 2001. He then attended Arkansas State University where he received a BSE in Middle School Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership. Coach Baltz has worked at Brookland Schools since 2005 & he has been the girls track coach since 20012. Coach Baltz and his wife of 10 years reside in Jonesboro and welcomed their first child in September of 2015.
